Data we collect

From website visitors: pages viewed and basic technical data such as browser type and approximate location, collected through our booking and chat widgets.

From moving companies: the name, business name, email address, phone number and territory details you provide when booking a call.

From moving leads: name, contact details, move origin and destination, move date and scope, collected through the questionnaire and confirmed on a verification call.

How we use it

To schedule and hold sales calls, to verify moving inquiries, to deliver verified leads to the single moving company contracted in that territory, to invoice for delivered leads, and to improve the advertising and verification process.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not resell or share a lead with more than one moving company.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the service you or your mover requested), legitimate interests (operating and improving the service), and consent where consent is required, such as for marketing messages.

Processors we use

We use third-party providers to run the service, including a CRM and booking platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), advertising platforms (Meta), and hosting and analytics providers. These providers process data on our instructions under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

Lead records are retained for as long as needed to deliver and support the service and to meet accounting and legal obligations, and are deleted or anonymised after that.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email sales@contractmovers.io to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within the period required by law.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies set by our booking calendar and chat widget to keep those tools working and to measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then stop working.
