Terms of Service

The service

ContractMovers.io generates and verifies moving leads for established moving companies. We run advertising in a defined territory, qualify inbound inquiries, and deliver verified, exclusive leads to a single client per territory.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of results. Territory availability, pricing and delivery volumes are agreed individually in a written service agreement.

Fees and billing

Lead pricing shown on this website reflects our average per-lead rates by move type. The rates that apply to you are the ones set out in your service agreement.

Invoices are issued for leads delivered and verified under the criteria in your agreement. A lead that fails verification is not billed.

Exclusivity

While your agreement is active we will not sign another moving company in your contracted territory. Leads generated in your territory are delivered to you only and are not resold or shared.

Your obligations

You are responsible for holding the licences, insurance and permits required to operate as a moving company in your territory, for responding to delivered leads, and for the accuracy of any business information you give us for use in advertising or verification calls.

Intellectual property

The website, its content, and the advertising creative, systems and processes we use to deliver the service remain our property. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force. Material changes to a signed service agreement are made only in writing between the parties.
